Fair Work JobKeeper Scheme Provisions

Temporary provisions have been added to the Fair Work Act (Fair Work Act JobKeeper provisions) to support the implementation of the JobKeeper scheme .

In certain circumstances, the Fair Work Act JobKeeper provisions allow employers to:

• give a direction to change an employee’s usual duties
• give a direction to change an employee’s location of work
• agree with an employee to change their days and times of work
