Medical Directions provides expert medical consultancy services to general practices and specialises in the accreditation process. With extensive medical experience in Practice Management, Medical Directions provides personalised consultancy services to private medical practices.
Our services include accreditation/re-accreditation; practice management; medical software training; medical reception training; and support for general practitioners and practice staff.

Kathryn owns and operates three medical practices on the Sunshine Coast. She has her Diploma in Practice Management, Diploma in Management, Qualified Medical Assistant and is a Member of AAPM. Kathryn is also a regular presenter at many medical conferences and workshops.
During her working career Kathryn has been described as having an effervescence personality – always bubbly. She has been compared as a little ferret because if she didn’t know something she would dig deeper until she found the answer.
She has first hand experience in the day to day operations of a medical practice knowing the importance of having systems in place. Having been in practice management for over 17 years she knows a lot! Kathryn is approachable and is a positive influence on the practice team. She is caring, understanding and passionate in what she does.
