Does your practice have a website? Have you reviewed it lately to ensure it is current?
Criterion C1.1 in the 5th Standards states the mandatory information about the practice that must be made readily available to patients. This can be in a printed format (e.g. a Practice Information Sheet) and/or a practice website. If your practice chooses to use both, the content of both must contain the mandatory information at a minimum and both must be updated as changes occur.
