HotDoc Webinar – Triage Principles & Tools for General Practice

To comply with Criterion GP1.1 – Responsive system for patient care, your practice must have a triage system so you are able to identify patients’ needs and provide appropriate care. You must prioritise patients according to the urgency of their needs (and also retain evidence of this). Having your triage guidelines – such as a triage flowchart – readily available at reception gives your staff a quick reference guide on how to prioritise patients.
