Vaccine Storage Self-Audit
Has your practice carried out a vaccine storage self-audit recently? As per the National Vaccine Storage Guidelines – Strive for 5, immunisation service providers are required to do this at least once every 12 months. A checklist is available in the Guidelines and once completed it should be kept for future reference.
