Illegal Interview Questions

In Australia there are federal, as well as state/territory laws that protect people from discrimination. When employing a new staff member, you need to take these laws into consideration when setting interview questions. You cannot ask questions regarding personal attributes if they are not relevant to the role e.g. age, gender, ethnicity, sexuality, marital status.
